- The administrator of the personal data of the author / reviewer is the Polish Economic Society in Zielona Góra (PTE), with its registered office at: 65-066 Zielona Góra, ul. Żeromskiego 3.
- The data will be used to implement the publishing process of the submitted article.
- The data will be processed on the basis of the provisions of art. 6b Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council.
- The obtained data will be processed and stored for the period necessary to carry out the publishing process of the submitted article, taking into account the storage periods indicated in generally applicable law.
- The Author / Reviewer has the right to request access to his personal data, rectification or restriction of processing and to delete it, as long as the law allows it.
- The Author / Reviewer has the right to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority in the event of suspected violation of the law in their processing.
- Providing data is necessary for the publication of the article and results from the law.
- Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization, nor will they be subject to automated decision making.
